As some of you will already know I moved to Spain in July 2022 to experience a different lifestyle, climate and culture. I set up my studio in the beautiful hills of la Cala De Mijas, which I’ve not had chance to write about as Ive been busy creating a beautiful artwork called Euphoria for a UK client. So with that and the job of settling my family into life here, its been none stop!
My studio is based at the renowned Mikes Gym Marbella which is handy for me as I love a good gym session! I have an amazing space which is big enough for large scale commissions, which seems to be my speciality. The views are truly inspiring and will no doubt have an effect on my art style going forward.
Its taken time to get to know the various art suppliers, framers, delivery companies etc in the Costa Del Sol, however I’m now starting to feel more settled. I’ve also got to grips with the extra paperwork required when sending art to the UK! If anyone needs advice on this just drop me a message.
